What plan is best for you?

Plan A and B are a good fit if you have a large porch, or if you would like the pumpkins to trail down your walkway. Plan C and D are a good fit if you have a smaller porch, or you want a less extravagant display. You are welcome to share photos of your space with us. We can decorate according to your needs and preferences! Please reach out to us at: service@fallingforpumpkinsfw.com if you would like to take part in planning your display. If not, we will use one of our various designs to give your porch/area a beautiful touch of autumn.

What can I expect with my delivery?

Once you have placed your order and chosen your preferred delivery week, we will reserve your pumpkins. On the day of delivery and design, we will send a text message to the phone number on file, to let you know we are on our way with your pumpkins. You do not need to be home during the delivery. If you live in a gated community, please let the gate guard know we are arriving, to insure our access to your home. For any special requests or specific dates, please email us at service@fallingforpumpkinsfw.com, otherwise we will choose the design and the date of delivery within the week chosen.

When can I expect my delivery?

Pumpkin delivery will be available September 28th. You don't need to be at home during the delivery. Your pumpkin delivery will be designed on your front porch or front steps, during the week chosen at checkout. If you would like to choose a specific day during that weekly timeframe, please send us an email and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Do I need to pay when I order?

Yes, payment is required via credit card to secure your installation date.

What to expect for the End of Season Pick-Up?

If you have chosen the pumpkin removal option, we will pick up the pumpkins on your chosen week. If you have a specific day in mind, we will try to accommodate you on a first come first served basis. Please contact us at: service@fallingforpumpkinsfw.com. for any special pick up days.

What is your Refund & Return Policy?

All sales are final, and we are sorry, but we cannot provide refunds or credits for your purchase.
